Back in the kitchen and I am reminded that there is still nothing like the shine and possibility that comes with a fresh flood.
I did a few things over the last few months that meant less posting on social. The highs of celebrating three of our four kids’ birthdays and becoming a certified yoga instructor and lows like recovery from a minor arm surgery removing a melanoma.
Space and time are good for the soul but not the easiest to come by.
